Personal information collected includes email address, optional demographic information, IP address, and date/time stamp. This information is retained in a secured database environment (managed through our newsletter provider, Beehiiv) as an account for the newsletter subscription. The personal information is used for distribution of the email newsletter, account administration, and customer-service purposes only. This information is collected directly from the subscriber and is not used to market third-party products, services, or organizations.
Web traffic statistics
We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to compile general web-traffic statistics and reports. Information collected includes IP and host address information, and non-personal data such as browser version, time and date stamp of transactions, referral information, country and city of origin, and hosting provider. This information is used purely for aggregate statistics and is not used to monitor, track, or report on the usage of individual users unless a user is suspected of illegal or unauthorized use of the DayPassScout infrastructure.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site, including heatmaps, session recordings, and click/scroll behavior. Clarity may collect information such as IP address, device and browser details, and on-page interactions. This information helps us identify usability issues and improve the site.
